Saturday Update

I hope you are enjoying your weekend! It is a gorgeous day out here. It's 73 degrees. I just went out for a walk/jog around the neighborhood so I could get a little color. I feel so pale in the winter.

I'm cooking dinner tonight! Ah! I have to get started on it after I finish this post because the meat has to go in the crockpot. I making Mexican Slow Cooked Pork Carnitas, Cilantro Lime Rice, and a Southwestern Black Bean Salad all recipes courtesy of Gina's Skinny Recipes. I'm so ambitious. I never cook so hopefully it turns out good or at least edible.

One thing I wanted to share was the website I found. Background Diva has really cute desktop backgrounds. I was looking for one Valentine themed a few weeks ago and found a pink heart one that I used. I just went back today and she added few more Valentine specific ones. If you want a change to your normal desktop background you should check it out.
