I have been wanting to have a giveaway for a while now and it's finally the right time. It is the season of giving, right? So remember how I ordered some things from Vineyard Vines as a birthday present to myself? Well I also ordered a giveaway prize!

The giveaway is for this fun Vineyard Vines Thermos/Travel Mug!

Plus a $5 Starbucks gift card so you can enjoy a drink in your new mug (after Red Cup Season is over of course)!

Vineyard Vines Springtime Giveaway

What better way to start the weekend off than with a giveaway?!

I was planning on doing this giveaway a little bit later but I thought the items are perfect to enjoy in springtime weather. I had originally bought a couple of the items for myself but decided they weren’t really my style and instead on returning them I thought I would just save them and have a giveaway for my lovely followers.

College Prep Giveaway

Good Morning!!

Catching Up...

How is everybody doing? Great I hope! Yesterday I met up with one of my friends that I worked with at my old job. It was so fun catching up with her and gossiping about the office. There was/is so much drama at that job but I kinda blame that on the fact that the majority of the staff was female. I mean men just tend to not create drama with each other. But I learned a new piece of juicy gossip but of course I have to put that one in vault and not tell anybody. The ONLY thing I miss about that job is the people who I worked with. Anyways, we went to this fun place called Pete's Brass Rail & Car Wash. There slogan is "There is no brass rail, there is no car wash, and who the hell is Pete?" It's really a restaurant and bar with 20 rotating beers on tap and if you drink 100 different ones then you can get your name up on the wall.

We drank a few beers and ate some yummy appetizers. The hummus is the picture was so good! We even scheduled to meet up again in about a month. I'm glad we were able to meet up. One of my new year's goals was to maintain relationships with friends and I think this is meeting that goal so far.

My first blog award! Another Giveaway!

I received my first blog award yesterday from the lovely Gabriella at Two Peeps and a Pooch! Thank you, it made me so happy!

1. Who/What inspires you?

My dad inspires me. He worked hard his whole life to provide for his family and even though he didn't have a lot of opportunities it didn't stop him from achieving a lot.

2.What is your favorite season & why?

I love them all for different reasons but I love Summer. I love the weather, going to the beach, BBQs, and vacations.

3. What are you most looking forward to this year?

Running a 5K at Disneyland in September. I have a ticker for it at the bottom of the blog!

4. If you could write a book about anything, what would it be about?

It would be about what I've learned during job searching and my first job.

5. What is your greatest passion?

Doing what makes me happy and following my heart.

6. If you could change one thing about your life or yourself, what would it be.

I would be a better public speaker. I get so nervous talking in front of crowds.

7. Lastly, what is your favorite novel?

The Great Gatsby.
