Hello There

I haven't blogged in almost a month! I'm glad you are all still following me. But I blame work for my lack of posts.  I may blog more about that later but I want to stay positive in this post today so I going to link up for WILW.

1. I am loving Spotify. It is the greatest thing I was not using until Monday. I highly recommend it if you love listening to music and are tired of Pandora. Don't get me wrong I still love the element of surprise with Pandora but if I want to listen to a specific song I turn to Spotify.

2. I am loving couponing and sales. It is always great to save money and there are a lot of good coupons out right now for baking essentials since the holiday season is upon us. Last night I clipped coupons and then made a bit of a strategy of what I would buy.

3. I am loving Andy & Tommy on this season's Amazing Race. I hope they end up winning the whole race.

4. I am loving weather lately. It has finally gotten cooler and cold here. I can comfortably wear sweaters and coats which is good since I have a bunch of new ones.

5. I am loving the Skinny Peppermint Mocha at Starbucks. It tastes so good and I don't feel so bad when I get one.

6. I am loving that it is two weeks until my birthday and then Thanksgiving is the next day!

FYI, I have been reading all your blogs even though I have not been commenting. I am still reading but I have just been doing my catch up reading on the weekends. But hopefully when I can start getting home at a decent hour on the weeknights I can comment more.

Decided to do a quick WILW. I haven't linked up with Jamie in a long time!

 I am loving everything that Resse is wearing in this picture. Can I have one of everything?

I am loving that my car is hopefully getting fixed right now. My nice mama let me borrow her car to drive to work while she takes mine in. I hope they can figure out the problem.

I am loving that I am going to bake this weekend. I'm thinking red velvet brownies, cinnamon bun cookies, and oreo brownies.

I am loving that I finally went to the new pool for lap swim on Saturday. I love swimming and I could do it for hours. The city just finished building an entire new pool and it's fantastic. I spent so many summers at the old pool on my rec team. It was basically my second home.

I'm loving the blog award I received from the sweet Jessica at Running Through Life In High Heels

I'm loving that Dancing with the Stars starts on Monday! I am especially loving that Dmitry is back as a pro this season. I love watching him move, he's so hot especially in the picture below.  

I'm loving Selena Gomez and the message behind her new song "Who Says". She is so adorable and appears to have her head on straight which is such a nice alternative to a lot of the young starlets out there right now. The song encourages you to embrace who you are.

I'm loving that USC made the NCAA tournament. They play their first game tonight as part of the "First Four" games of the tournament. I hope they win so I can see more of this (my favorite player Nikola Vucevic #5).

I'm loving these headbands and hair clips from Sephora. They are so adorable and I love anything chiffon.

I'm loving that I found an old Starbucks giftcard in my car with money still on it. It's little things like that that are a pleasant surprise during the day.

I'm loving the book Pretty in Plaid by Jen Lancaster. I started reading it Sunday night and it is so funny. I love the way she writes because it is very blog-like. I can't wait to read more.

I'm loving that Ubertwitter is back now as UberSocial (follow me @jessicasr23). I was not a fan of the Twitter app for Blackberry. Uber is much more user friendly in my opinion.

I'm loving the new issue of Allure. It is the magazine's 20th anniversary issue and it is so thick. I'm going to have to spend a couple hours reading it all. Plus Posh is on the cover! Such an appropriate choice!

I'm loving the Vineyard Vines bangle I received yesterday. I love the color and the little whales on it. So cute!

I'm loving that the Amazing Race is back. This is one of my favorite shows to watch. I've watched every season. I especially love that it's kind of an all star season with teams that didn't win and they have a second chance. One of my favorite teams ever is back: Jet and Cord, the adorable cowboys!

I'm loving these espadrilles I got from Land's End. I have been looking for espadrilles that didn't have that high of a heel since I feel I sometimes tower over people even though I'm not super tall. I got them in the mail yesterday and was so happy they fit. They are a wee bit big but I'm going to put in some padding in the back so they won't fall off.

I'm loving the Black Team on the Biggest Loser. I like rooting for the underdog I guess. But I was happy for Arthur who had a big weight loss this week to ensure his team's safety. (If you haven't watched this episode yet...sorry!). They also have Bob and Jillian, enough said.

I'm loving the Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark-Circle Roller. I have really bad dark circles and this really helps conceal them. It also has this cooling effect when you roll it on your skin.

I'm loving that I got a Starbucks gift card from my credit card points. I don't feel as guilty getting Starbucks when I use a gift card instead of cash or my ATM card.

I'm loving my church. It is celebrating its 60th year. A few weeks ago they had a slideshow during mass with photos from the past. It was so neat to see how the area look 60 years ago. There was nothing around the church which was actually a barn on a farm.

I'm loving Valentine's Day e-cards. I don't have all of my friends' addresses so I'm going to send them e-cards. I will most likely be sending them all e-cards from Kate Spade's B Mine Valentines. Check them out they are so cute. Check out this cute one by The College Prepster

I'm loving how I finally organized all my pictures and video clips that are on my computer. I'm saving them onto my external hard drive and I wanted them to be in the correct folders so I would be able to find them easier.

I'm loving that Modern Family is on tonight. I've only watch a couple episodes but each episode is hilarious. I'll probably buy it on DVD because I like to watch tv shows on DVD because you can get through a few epsiodes in the same amount of time you would spend watching a movie.

what I'm loving Wednesday

Wednesdays seem to come around quicker now that I'm linking up with Jamie at this kind of love for What I'm Loving Wednesday!

I'm loving my new water bottle. Its a Thermos Intak. I had a Kleen Kanteen but it was getting too heavy to carry around so I wanted to find something that was made out of plastic but BPA-Free. I bought this one at Target. It is so easy to drink out of and it was this dial on the side to turn to see how many times you've refilled it so you can keep track of your water intake. I bought it in purple because that was the only color besides gray but I want it in pink too! I highly recommend it.

I'm loving that Blue Bloods is on tonight. I'm usually not into "heavy" dramas but I was first attracted to the show because Will Estes (J.J. Pryor from American Dreams-one of my favorite shows) is in it. I have really grown to love it. I love that it revolves around a family that are in the same line of business. Donnie Walhberg is such a surprise to me, I didn't know he was such a good actor. It used to be on Friday nights at 10 (such a bad timeslot!) but it moved to Wednesday so I'm able to watch it more now.

I'm loving Yogi Green Tea. It seemed like I was the only person not drinking tea that I knew so I decided to start. I wanted to drink green tea because its suppose to be good for you. I tried Lipton Green Tea but my sister came home with the Yogi Green Tea and it tastes much better. There are several different types of the Yogi Green Tea but we have been using the Super Antioxidant.

I'm loving my family always.

WILW - Last Wednesday of January!

Its Wednesday so that means its time for What I'm Loving Wednesday.

I'm loving that the Green Bay Packers made it to the Super Bowl! I would have loved it more if the New York Jets made it too but I will settle with the Packers. I'm hoping they have a good game against the Steelers and win! Its great that each team has an ex-USC defensive superstar but I am going to have to choose Green Bay and Clay Mattews over Pittsburgh and Troy Polamalu.

I'm loving the Country Megaticket. The megaticket is like a season pass for 6 country concerts at this particular venue. Its pretty expensive but I'm so excited for who's coming: Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, just to name a few. I really should have bought one last year since I went to almost all of them.


I'm loving Say Yes to the Dress reruns on TLC. I love this show. I like to watch it while I'm working out. I love seeing the different styles of dresses. I'm always so happy when a girl finds her perfect dress.

I'm loving Twitter. I've started to follow some bloggers and its so much fun now. Before I basically used it for following "celebrities" but now I'm following all sorts of people and companies.

I'm loving my new blog background. It took me a while to find it but I love it. I'm still working on perfecting the layout but I love the way it looks.

I'm loving my family. They are great and always there for me.
